Surrounding Hawkers Reach, are a number of other beautiful towns and villages to explore. The quaint fishing village of Rock sits across the River Camel, directly opposite Padstow. Further upstream from Rock is the town of Wadebridge, along with the stunning seaside villages of Trevone and St Merryn, with their 5 miles of coastline, sitting just south of Padstow.

The Padstow Bus Terminus offers convenient links to local towns, running south down the coast to Newquay or to the nearby town of Bodmin. From these towns you can then catch a train to popular south-west locations such as Exeter or Plymouth. For motorists, the nearby A39 is a popular route that takes you along the east coast, or you can take the A30 to Exeter where you can then join the M5.
