New Homes Quality Code

You have the assurance that our homes are sold with the protection for new-build home buyers that is provided by the New Homes Quality Code (NHQC). Version 1 applies to all homes reserved on or after 7th January 2025, Version 2 applies to all homes reserved on or after 2 March 2026.

Customer Service Centre

For those who have already purchased a new home with Beech Grove Homes, our Customer Service Centre is on hand to support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Should you need to report any urgent or emergency repairs (also known as snagging or defects) relating to your Beech Gove Home, our Customer Service Centre operates a 24 hour, 7 days a week service.
