Beech Grove Homes is embarking on an exciting development that will bring much needed new housing to the picturesque Cornish town of Padstow.

A mix of two, three and four-bedroom properties will be delivered at Hawkers Reach, which is part of the popular Trecerus Farm site in this highly sought after coastal location.

In total, 71 carefully designed high-quality family properties will be available over the next two years. Of these, 56 properties will be available for outright sale and 15 will be available for rent.

Padstow is historically a fishing port and, whilst some of the fishing fleet remains, its sheltered location on the north Cornwall coast means it is now a popular yachting haven.

The natural beauty of the rugged North Cornish coastline and the idyllic beaches make it an ideal place to buy a home by the sea.

The views from the charming harbour are a pull for locals and tourists alike, as is the town which has a range of quality restaurants offering the opportunity to indulge in locally-sourced fine food and drink.

A variety of water sports and the Camel Cycle Trail are also on the doorstep, along with an array of cafes, pubs and gift and craft shops.

Neil Clements, senior development manager, said: “We are really excited about delivering these new homes in Padstow.

“Once completed, they will offer the opportunity for people to own a property in one of the most sought after areas in Cornwall.

“We look forward to working with our construction partners over the months ahead to bring these homes to fruition.”

The new Beech Grove Homes properties will be built in partnership with Truro-based contractor 3MS.
